This is my 25th year of teaching, grades 1 -5. The last 6 years have been at 5th grade ELA and math. Previously, i taught 4th and 3rd for 12 years. I love what I do and the success of my students is evident when looking at the state standardized test scores. I am presently tutoring students after school.

Hobbies
I love what I do! I love seeing the effort that the students put in and the lightbulb that finally goes off. Seeing the smiles of the students when they finally get it is inspiring. Having the kids grab a hug when they see me, makes it all worthwhile! :) I have three kids, one in college, one senior and a fifth grader. My life revolves around my kids and husband. I love spending my free time outdoors enjoying the beauty of what God has given us.
